These days, cost justification isn't just a useful tool. It's a requirement. FINCOIL has invested into the diagnostic equipment necessary to show the measurable savings of our services. The FINCOIL HVAC Assessment Assistant was created to accomplish several tasks.

First, it gives us a pre-service assessment of the current efficiency level by taking a variety of factors into account, including airflow, temperature delta, equipment type, equipment age, location, setup, local temperature/humidity and dust conditions.

Second, it gives us a diagnostic path to follow for optimizing the system's efficiency levels. After we have performed the services it suggested, it re-takes the same reading to confirm the system's efficiency optimization is complete.
