Drip Pan Coating

Corroding condensate drip pans have uneven surfaces where water stagnates. Over time, drip pans develop pin holes and larger holes from corrosion which result in leaks and pools of stagnate water on the subflooring.

This creates a breeding ground for fungal spores in and around HVAC systems. It also damages the subflooring sometimes leading to leaks to the floor below.

With this corrosion, these drip pans require replacement before the life of the HVAC unit has expired. The costs related to this are astronomical.

At FINCOIL, we provide an alternative solution that refurbishes the drip pan so there is never any replacement cost at all. The solution we provide is through an application of a permanent, corrosion resistant surface that is tough enough to outlast the lifespan of the HVAC system. Our customers save thousands of dollars using our drip pan coating solution.
